How much does shipping cost?

Important: The above prices exclude compensation cover. If you require cover for your package there will be an additional charge (varies on the value of the shipment).

The following territories are not currently covered by the above rates. See below for details on raising a custom order.

• Bouvet Island

Can you ship elsewhere?

We are able to fulfil orders above 1kg or to other locations not listed above by raising a custom order. You will be required to pay all packaging, customs and shipping charges. The minimum order amount for this service is £30. Please email TheGymChef to enquire.

Do you offer local collection?

A list of gyms that stock TheGymChef is being produced and will be ready soon.

We can currently offer local collection from our Coventry warehouse, subject to the following terms:

1. For health and safety reasons you are not permitted to enter the warehouse.
2. When you place your order you must put in the notes your mobile number and a date and time when you wish to collect (inside normal office hours).
3. We will confirm the date and time with you by email. Until we do so the order is not confirmed and you may not arrive at our premises.
4. When you arrive at the agreed date and time your order will be delivered to your vehicle.
