Can you ship elsewhere?
We are able to fulfil orders above 1kg or to other locations not listed above by raising a custom order. You will be required to pay all packaging, customs and shipping charges. The minimum order amount for this service is £30. Please email TheGymChef to enquire.
Do you offer local collection?
A list of gyms that stock TheGymChef is being produced and will be ready soon.
We can currently offer local collection from our Coventry warehouse, subject to the following terms:
- For health and safety reasons you are not permitted to enter the warehouse.
- When you place your order you must put in the notes your mobile number and a date and time when you wish to collect (inside normal office hours).
- We will confirm the date and time with you by email. Until we do so the order is not confirmed and you may not arrive at our premises.
- When you arrive at the agreed date and time your order will be delivered to your vehicle.
